I am new to this "chatroom/message board stuff. I read thru all this and still don't really get it. Somebody can just bash you and you lose karma points? And you don't know who or why? I wouldn't sweat it then. I know I am bound to piss off somebody sooner or later. Do you get banned or something if ya have too much "bad" karma? That would suck. Are we allowed to talk about other bands in here? I worked the New Kids on the Block last weekend. Sometimes my job sucks. Nice lightshow. Intricate stage set. Bland pyro. OK I guess if you like that sort of thing. Road crew guys were all great!! Truck drivers were too! Anyways, Back to Karma because it always comes back to you, right? Don't sweat it. Whoever bashed ya will get it back tenfold. Karma, heh!

Just to clarify, this forum is very good for my bood pressure! Hope that answers the question. Have you noticed that at the bottom of the home page of the forum, it tells you which members have logged in within the last 24 hours. If you log in daily and your karma has changed, then its certain to be one of those people. Hope that narrows it down for you Roy. I agree that it is totally childish. Feel free to give me the positive vibes though!

Ah Duncan my Friend, I would be happy to give you positive vibes, if I only knew how to do that. Send me a private message instructing this old man how to up ones Karma. In November, I'm going to personally speak with the Lads about this Karma thing. I really don't care for the idea of forum members rating one another. Leads to too many distractions from the mission at hand, which is to support my friends Davy, Adam and Ross. After all, isn't that what we're here for? Take Care Buddy, Roy

You can change someone's Karma by selecting one of these buttons under their karma total. Yes I do agree though, there are better things we can do! [ Exalt | Smite ]

Darn, there goes my Karma again. Although, I think I know who it is now. Sure wish people would act like adults rather than like little children. Actually, my children when they were young, had more common sense than the person doing this. The reason is, they have very full and happy lives, unlike the person who does this. Roy

My 2 cents are - screw the other board - long live BDS. Let's get this board more active with more daily posts.

Now, now Rev, we must be very polite and postive here and boost as you said, our friends of BDS. By the way, I'm trying my best with the posting. ;D Speaking of BDS, looking forward to seeing You and the Mrs. next week at the BDS show. Got lots of stuff to talk about and hope to get right up front for the show. Take care and we'll see you then! Roy

That was me being polite and positive. Not one of the words you can't say on television used in my posting. I took look forward to seeing you again at the show next week. Looking forward to BDS and Gov't Mule - if you haven't seen the Mule or aren't that familiar with them you are in for a pleasant suprise.

Bibliomaniac - Let's not get hung up on the "other" forums. Let's make this the best forum. I'm a strong beleiver in the talents of the boys in BDS and see them going a long way.
Love to All- Peace Out,

OK, sorry. Others have mentioned the "other" board more than once now, but still won't say which one it is. I don't know why people keep talking about it if no one wants to talk about it or thinks we should be talking about it.

Hey, thanks Bib for the Bumpingupness! Is that a real word or did I just make a new one? And Rev. Paul, it's good to see your young face shining around here more. There really are some fine folks that follow the Lads. Hey did I tell you? Carl and his son, Tallan T-Man Latz, are going to be hanging with us for the show! I hope to introduce him to the Lads. Maybe Davy can show little Tallan a few licks, or vice versa. And no, I don't know much about Gov't Mule or their music, but I suspect I'll find out. Got to tell you about the Albert Cummings show too. Now THAT, was a blast! I mentioned BDS to Albert, he didn't recognize their name, but I told him he should check them out for a possible double header with them. Can you imagine, Albert Cummings and his Guys along with Davy, Adam and Ross in one night at one venue? Oh my, now THAT would be heaven!! Roy

BDS and Cummings on the same show would be sweet. Why don't you talk to your buddys at Grafton Blues about making it happen?
Funny I just added Alberts True to Yourself cd to my hard drive this morning.

Way ahead of you Rev. Paul. I spoke with Kris, the Grafton Blues Association president, at the B.B. King show last Friday about just that. I told her about how great Albert was and then also mentioned BDS to her too. She had heard of BDS before through me, I think? Actually, I believe I gave her a copy of a live show. Did you know that Albert headlined the Paramount Blues Festival in the past which the Association puts on? Also, he played this past January out in Grafton and had little Tallan come up for a couple of numbers. I guess it would all hinge on whether Albert and the Lads would be around Wisconsin at the time of the Festival. But if the stars would align properly, that would be a show to die for! Then throw Tallan and his adult band in there and it would be a Blues Festival that no one would soon forget. You should have seen how the crowd exploaded when that little 9 year old phenom played Hendrix's "Voodoo Child". The place went crazy!! I'll see Kris Saturday at the benefit for Tallan and Band to get to Memphis for the International Blues Challenge. I guess I'll be bending her ear again! Roy P.S. I should also say that I've talked to Kris about getting Joe Bonamassa to the Festival too. I actually sent Kris's contact information to Joe's management. Haven't heard anything back about that so far.
