Listening to All the Time in the World by the Subdudes. I know you are quickly getting to the point where you won't be doing covers, but this would be a great one!!

Hey KA, I love that fall is here. Makes you feel alive!
I mixed up one of my Pandora stations a bit more (added a few people that didn't really go together) and have found some of the best blues bands. I'm hoping they play more BDS. They seem stuck on Come Home, which I love, but I love the others, too.
Are you familiar with Eric Lindell (I think that's right)? I was impressed with his playing. Not as good as the Lads, but I liked what I heard.

Not today, but this past Friday night my wife and I spent an evening with the "King of the Blues". Yes, B.B. King was at the Riverside Theatre in Milwaukee. 83 years young and The Man has still got it!! We should all be so fortunate to live that long and continue doing what we truly love to do. Roy

Heard Tommy Bolin's live version of Goin' Down today. Fabulous. (At the moment, I have on Tears of Stone by the Chieftains. Also fabulous.)

Listened to live BDS coming in to work. Earlier listened to The Why Store live (if you haven't heard of them, check them out. I have 80 or so soundboard shows from them. Contact me if you want copies.) Now it's Zakk Wylde's Book of Shadows. Probably more BDS next!

Aynsley Lister. He's another British blues rocker, who has consistently produced good albums over the last 10 years. I'm not sure how big his profile is in the USA at present, but he is planning to play some dates there in 2009. His myspace address is: www.myspace.com/aynsleylisterI saw him on concert on Friday and posted a review on his forum (where there are plenty of fans of Back Door Slam too). If you want to read the review, it is here: www.aynsleylister.co.uk/forums/viewthread/138/

Well, since I bought two T-shirts at the Lads show in Milwaukee the other night, I would have been listening to a free live show handout of BDS I was given. That is, had I not left the 2 CDs on the counter and then left without them. However, I am substituting Mark Selby's albums "More Storms Comin" and "Dirt"........good stuff. Roy
